What's inside
The app is synced with the web version in real time: reply to a customer on your phone and a colleague sees it instantly in the browser. Conversation history, files and deals are shared.
A WebSocket channel keeps every device in the same state. Open a deal on your phone — your laptop updates too.
Sign in with the same email/password or Google Sign-In. No separate mobile accounts.

What only the mobile app does
Not a «shrunken website» but a proper mobile product. Uses what only a phone can offer.

The login token lives in Keychain (iOS) and EncryptedSharedPreferences (Android). Nothing in plain storage — even if the phone is lost.
Send photos from the gallery or camera, pick files from «Files» — PDF, DOCX, images. Inline preview in chat.
One-tap login via Google or classic password. Session restores automatically on the next launch.
Tapping a push notification opens not a generic list but the exact customer chat or deal card.
The app reads the device language. Dates, time and numbers are formatted per locale — en/ru. You can switch manually in settings.
