FAQ
How long is the commission paid?
For as long as the client pays for WorkSpace. Renewals, new seats and channel slots all pay you again.
The client came without my link — now what?
Give them your code: it is entered when creating a workspace. If the workspace already exists, contact us and we will attach it to you manually.
How do I get the money?
The cabinet shows what is available. Click «Request payout» and we transfer it to your details. Minimum payout is 3,000 KGS.
Who supports the client?
We cover product support. Implementation, training and process work are yours — and you bill the client directly.
Does the client pay more because of a partner?
No. Prices are the same as on the site; the commission comes out of our revenue.
