Where data is stored
Data is hosted on protected servers. Every workspace is isolated — teams never see each other's data.
Access and roles
Access inside a workspace is scoped by roles — super admin, admin, member. You decide who sees and changes what.
Channel encryption
All traffic between you and WorkSpace runs over HTTPS (TLS). Conversations cannot be intercepted in transit.
Backups
Regular database backups — your data is not lost if hardware fails.
Regulatory alignment
Our approach to storing and processing personal data is mindful of GDPR and 152-FZ. We can advise on details for your jurisdiction.
We do not trade your data
WorkSpace does not sell or share client data with third parties. Your conversations and deals belong only to you.
