Every integration is set up right inside WorkSpace — under Admin -> Integrations or from the extensions store. No developer, no code.
How it works
Customer channels and external services connect in one place — the Integrations panel or the built-in app store. Telegram, Email and Google Calendar are free and available right away. WhatsApp, Instagram DM and AI are paid integrations, added by subscription in a couple of minutes.
Telegram
Incoming Telegram messages land in the shared WorkSpace inbox, replies go back to Telegram. Runs on long-polling — no public webhook needed.

In Telegram, open @BotFather and create a bot with /newbot — you will get a token.

In WorkSpace, open Admin -> Integrations -> Telegram and paste the bot token.

Done — client conversations appear in your workspace chats.
WhatsApp Business
Full client chat over WhatsApp via Green API: QR login, message history, audio, images and documents.

Sign up at Green API and create an instance — you will get an Instance ID and API token.

In WorkSpace, open Store -> WhatsApp Business and paste the Instance ID and token.

Scan the QR code with your phone — the channel is connected, messages flow into the shared inbox.
Instagram DM
Direct messages from Instagram land in the shared WorkSpace inbox — your reply goes straight back to Instagram. Supports text, reactions, media, and replies to comments on posts and reels.

Connect your Instagram business account to a Facebook Page — Meta requires it to expose the Direct API.

In WorkSpace open App Store -> Instagram DM and sign in via Facebook Login for business.

Done — Direct conversations and comments under your posts appear inside the workspace chat list.
Email channel
Client emails turn into chats: messages from one address group into one conversation, the subject shows as meta on each message.

Prepare a work mailbox — SMTP/IMAP access or an inbound webhook (Mailgun, Postmark).

In WorkSpace, open Admin -> Integrations -> Email and enter the mailbox details.

Emails arrive in the inbox as chats; signature and auto-reply are configured there too.
Google Calendar
Tasks with a due date automatically show up as events in your Google Calendar. Move the date and the event updates, delete the task and the event is removed.

In WorkSpace, open Admin -> Integrations -> Google Calendar and click Connect with Google.

Sign in to your Google account and grant calendar access.

Tasks with deadlines sync automatically; the Sync now button catches up existing ones.
AI assistant
Multi-provider AI: Claude, OpenAI or YandexGPT. Helps your operator reply to clients and draws on a knowledge base about your company.

Pick a provider (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or YandexGPT) and get an API key from them.

In WorkSpace, open Admin -> Integrations -> AI and paste the key.

Fill in the company knowledge base — and the AI starts suggesting replies right in the chats.
