Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and PROlab Agency on how to use WorkSpace: plans, what is allowed, what is not, and who is responsible for what.

Definitions

  • "PROlab", "we" — PROlab LLC (registered as «ОсОО ПРОлаб» in the Kyrgyz Republic), owner of WorkSpace.
  • "User", "you" — anyone who has signed up for a WorkSpace account.
  • "Space" — the workspace you or your manager created in WorkSpace.
  • "Service" — the WorkSpace product available at prolabworkspace.com and app.prolabworkspace.com, including all modules: Chat, CRM, Tasks, AI assistant, App Store, and so on.
  • "Content" — any data you upload or create inside the Service.

Scope of the agreement

We grant you a non-exclusive right to use WorkSpace within the limits of your chosen plan. The agreement takes effect when you sign up and remains in force as long as your account is active.

Sign-up and account

To use the Service, you need an account. By signing up you confirm that: - you are at least 16 years old; - the information you provided is accurate; - you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account.

If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately and let us know.

Plans and billing

WorkSpace is available on four plans: - Free — $0, up to 3 members per space, core modules; - Standard — $4 per member per month, all channels, unlimited pipelines; - PRO — $10 per member per month, AI on our tokens, WhatsApp Business included; - PRO+ — $21 per member per month, AI sales agent, 99.9% SLA, white-label.

Payments go through our connected payment provider (finik.kg, bank cards). Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Annual billing is 20% off. A refund for the unused portion is available on request within 14 days of the charge.

Acceptable use

You can use WorkSpace for work and personal purposes: run your team, talk to customers, store documents, automate processes. The key rule — comply with the laws of your country and do not harm other users.

What is not allowed

  • sending spam through connected channels (WhatsApp, Email, Telegram);
  • storing or distributing illegal content: child sexual abuse material, threats, extremist material;
  • attempting to hack the Service, bypass plan limits, or research vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • using the Service for automated scraping of third-party data;
  • reselling accounts or sharing access with third parties without a formal agreement with PROlab.

Breaching these rules entitles us to suspend or block the account or space with no refund.

Your content

Content you upload to WorkSpace stays yours. We do not claim ownership.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this content only to the extent needed to run the Service: show your deals and messages, run backups, index search.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content and for it not infringing the rights of third parties.

AI features

The AI assistant, AI sales agent, and other AI features work through third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, YandexGPT). When you use these features, your prompts and context are sent to the provider for that single request.

We only send providers what is needed for the specific request. Under our current contracts your data is not used to train their models. If a provider's policy changes, we will tell you in advance.

AI responses are probabilistic and can be wrong. Always verify before acting on important matters.

Service availability

We target a 99.5% monthly uptime. Brief downtime for maintenance and upgrades is possible — we try to announce it in advance.

Force majeure (upstream provider outages, cyber-attacks, disasters) can interrupt the Service — in that case we do our best to restore it as quickly as possible.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will fit every use case or work without errors.

PROlab's total liability to you for any period is capped at the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This cap does not apply only where the law prohibits limiting liability.

Termination

You can stop using WorkSpace at any time by deleting your space and/or account in settings.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that threatens other users' security.

On termination you get 30 days to export your content; after that it will be deleted per the retention policy.

Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Parties try to resolve disputes amicably first. If that fails, the dispute is brought before the court at PROlab Agency's place of registration.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance — inside the app and by email. Continuing to use WorkSpace after the changes take effect means you accept the new version. If the new version does not work for you, you can stop using the Service before it takes effect.
