This is the WorkSpace core: nothing to install, working from minute one on any plan. Extensions live in the app store.
Customer chat
Telegram, WhatsApp (incl. the official Cloud API), Instagram Direct and email in one dialog feed. AI makes sure nobody is left unanswered, voice messages are transcribed to text.
CRM
Funnels, stages, deals: a kanban board, conversion analytics and a sales forecast. AI creates deals from conversations, scores win probability and suggests the next step.
Tasks
Projects, team groups and four views: kanban, list, calendar and timeline (a Gantt chart with dependencies). Subtasks, dependencies, recurrence and intake forms.
Team chat
Channels, DMs and discussions right on a deal or a task. @ai answers in channels using your workspace data, voice messages get transcribed, “what did I miss” is one click away.
Files & documents
All company files in one place plus a document editor: real-time co-editing, versions, folders, public links. AI reads uploaded documents — even scanned PDFs.
AI assistant
Claude and ChatGPT on your own key, no markup. The assistant sees CRM, tasks, conversations and documents: “create a task”, “create a deal”, “what matters today” — it does the work and sends a link.
